Mailing and return costs

Returns are handled by mail and must be authorized before they are sent. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not send an unauthorized parcel.

Exchange fulfillment depends on actual inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, another available resolution may be offered.

Condition and request window

A return request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the request. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing pieces, also provide clear photos or video of the product and its packaging.

Refund timing

After a return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Refund processing is completed within 10 days after approval, although a financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.

Eligible returns and exchanges

Mailed returns are available for defective items and for non-defective items, with exchanges accepted as well. Non-defective cases include personal preference, choosing incorrectly, or deciding against the purchase.

Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description may also qualify for review.
